U Tun Win and U Myint Naing, a Pyithu Hluttaw representative in Kyauktaw Township, submitted a complaint to the Pyithu Hluttaw and Appeal Committee in Kyaukpyu Township to investigate some of the deaths in the interrogation case and investigate the deaths.  It was submitted on June 21.

The letter received a reply from the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission about six months after receiving a letter from the Parliamentary Committee through the Parliament.

The Commission's response to the report said that the Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Defense's Commission of Inquiry would proceed with the law.

U Tun Tun, the representative of the Pyithu Hluttaw, who submitted the inquiry, said the Human Rights Commission's response was "unpleasant".

"We also want to hear from the Commission on Human Rights in this regard.  They also have human rights and citizenship rights.  The rights conferred by law;  To learn about the dangers of protection of the law;  To investigate;  To identify;  They also have the right to file the claim.  Through this process, grievances, grievances, and other human rights issues will be addressed.  Here are some of their suggestions on how to prevent abuse.  We hope for that.  In practice, I am not happy until now. ”

On April 10, 27 people were killed during the interrogation by the army after a military investigation into the village of Larkar village in Mrauk-U Township.  Families were not allowed to see the bodies of the dead.

Myaungmya Township, Minbya Township;  Taunggyi Township  At least 10 people were killed while the army was examining people in villages such as Wetawali, Mrauk-U Township.

U Lwin Aung, a member of the National Human Rights Commission of Burma, who signed the two MPs and sent back a letter, said the commission had yet to investigate.

"Not yet," he said.  The police are investigating the case of the leopard and are investigating.  "We have a lot of work to do, but we have no plans to check on that at present."

U Lwin Aung Aung said that the results of the investigation would be credible because the senior military officials themselves were involved in the tribunal's investigation.

The Armed Forces News Agency reports that the military will investigate the case on July 12 in relation to the deaths.

However, the army has not released any further details.

The RFA contacted some of the families of those killed during the military interrogation.

The families of some of the dead were called by Kyaukpyu Township police, but military officials said they have not been contacted.

The RFA had been in contact with Brigadier General Zaw Min Htun several times over the announcement of a military investigation that had been delayed for four hours, but could not be reached.

Kyaw Hlaing, the wife of Kyaw Hlaing, who died after being investigated by the Tatmadaw in Minbaung Village in Kyauktaw Township, said.

"We are not aware of any wrongdoing and were unjustly arrested and killed.  In fact, you should only do an interview.  They should not be killed until death.  We were silent because we were not allowed to speak with us. ”

Kyaw Hlaing, a 43-year-old villager from Minbaw Taung Village in Kyauktaw Township, was arrested along with three villagers in May last year for logging into the forest.

A battalion of the 9th Infantry Battalion No. 9 came to Kyauktaw police station but died on May 26 with injuries sustained in the interrogation.

Myat Tun Khin, director of the Human Rights Defenders Association in Rakhine State, said:

“The Burmese National Human Rights Commission is just appointing the army.  We have no confidence in that.  In fact, they have to verify and verify them.  If we fail to do so, we will have to file a complaint with the International Criminal Court (HRW) and the International Criminal Court.  Otherwise nothing will happen. "

The recent deaths and deaths in Arakan State have been devastating.  Injuries are increasing.

More than 500 people have been arrested this year, according to the Legal Aid Agency of Rakhine State.
